The board of directors of the law firm Asesoría Jurídica Empresarial, is chaired by its president, the lawyer Mario Alberto Archundia Reyes.

Mario Alberto Archundia Reyes, Mario Alberto Archundia Reyes with a master in bussines law, is currently pursuing a doctorate in law at the Universidad Anáhuac-Mayab, located in the city and municipality of Mérida, Yucatán. It has an international certification in "Bussines Related Cases" by Florida International University, College of Law, Legal Studies Institute, and an international certification in "Leadership and Coaching", also by Florida International University, College of Law, The Legal Studies Institute.
Attorney Archundia has also participated in various legal courses both in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico City as well as abroad.

Among other activities, he is an active member of “US Global Leadership Coalition”, in the United States of America, has participated as a legal expert in radio, where he deals with various topics of legal interest, participated in the city of Santiago, Chile, as a guest commentator at the “Congreso de políticas públicas”, organized by the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation, within the framework of the International Political Participation Program that the reference foundation itself has, also participated in Mexico City , Mexico, as guest moderator at the “Conferencia Internacional Caminos Para Una Cuba Democrática”, organized by the German foundation Konrad Adenauer, among other citizen and social responsibility activities.
